India U19 vs South Africa U19 preview: The 2024 ICC U-19 World Cup enters its business end on Tuesday with defending champions India taking on hosts South Africa in the first of two semi-finals in Benoni on Tuesday.

The ‘Colts in Blue will be eyeing a fifth consecutive appearance in the U-19 World Cup final and ensure they remain in the hunt for a second title on the trot and a record-extending sixth title overall.

South Africa, on the other hand, will be aiming to make only their fourth appearance in an U-19 World Cup final and their first in a decade. The last time they had reached the summit clash was in the 2014 edition, in which the Aiden Markram-led Junior Proteas clinched the title with a victory over Pakistan.

The two sides will face off at the Willowmoore Park in Benoni, which will host the other semi-final that takes place on Thursday, 8 February, as well as the final on Sunday, 11 February.
